Wednesday March 27th- Rueben Burger- A half-pound hand pattied burger topped with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, in house roasted corned beef and homemade 1000 island dressing. Thursday March 28th- Smoked Chicken Salad Croissant- Smoked chicken quarters hand shredded and made into homemade chicken salad. Served on a toasted croissant. Friday March 29th- Homemade tuna casserole- Homemade tuna casserole served with a side salad.
